• From the analysis service, you get an overview of the current state of your business and a clear development plan. The service is intended for SMEs who want to develop their activities systematically. To implement the development plan from analysis, you will be instructed in the necessary development measures; for further consulting and other services such as Financial Services (Business Finland, Finnvera etx.)
• The company's development plan includes the company's target status (Mission, Vision, Standards within 2-3 years, Financial Objectives, Customer Goals, Internal Goals, Personnel Goals), a summary of the company's current situation (strategic and operational review), NABC, services / products, customers, marketing and sales, competitors, economy, information systems, leadership / competence, personnel and managerial work, networking, SWOT in relation to the development goal, development needs, their justification and prioritization, and a plan of measures.
