We offer you a unique opportunity for an in-depth business self-assessment that will give you a clear picture of your company's current state and help you make strategic decisions.
Why is self-assessment crucial?

To whom?
This business self-assessment is designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that want to:
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their business.
- Identify their strengths and areas for development.

- Make strategic decisions based on information.

The service is ideal for:

How?
A business self-assessment is carried out through a clear and structured process that ensures a comprehensive and reliable picture of the current state of your company.
We will start the process by going through the content and objectives of the self-assessment. We will explain how to use the Excel tool and answer any questions you may have. You will also receive a demonstration video with instructions for completing it for your organization, if needed.
We use an easy-to-use Excel-based tool where you assess 12 key business areas using 7 assessment criteria. You assess the current situation and target state on a scale of 1–10 and assign a priority (1–3) to each area.
Each area has defined assessment criteria and described the basis for assessment in terms of current status, target status and why it is important. In addition, the skills applicable to the assessment criterion are also described. In connection with the self-assessment, the self-assessor brings his own suggestions for development measures to the most important priority points. In the results review session, suggestions for development measures are brought to each assessment point.
We will agree together on how to share the self-assessment Excel file (e.g. Dropbox or Teams). We will also determine who in your company will participate in the self-assessment (1–4 people).
Together we will create a realistic schedule for completing the self-assessment.
Once the self-assessment is complete, we will review the results together in a Teams meeting. You will receive a comprehensive report that includes:
- Self-assessment summary
- Improvement suggestions
- Conclusions
Based on the results, we will together determine the next steps you can take to further develop your business. A typical follow-up step may be to prepare a strategy map for the company and a strategy implementation plan derived from it.
We confirm the start of the project and all agreed matters by email so that everything is clear and transparent.
