Goals

Moving towards property management - a new customer-centric service production control and management model The goal of the management model development project is to respond to problems in the property management industry, such as the lack of effective production/service control, the large amount of unproductive work, and the lack of awareness of the content and practical implementation of the housing company and property management company's assignment.
