Arvoverkko Oy has renewed its service portfolio, focusing on four different service solutions in the future:

Starting shot to results - analysis is the starting point for successful cooperation. The goal is to activate the company for systematic and long-term development activities and to generate results. The company's management gets a clear understanding of the current state of the business and a development plan to support implementation.  

Business plan to results - supports the company management in implementing the vision and strategic decisions, as well as in managing and developing the business. It includes a business idea, revenue model, strategy map, competitive situation, future outlook and financial and operational development plans with follow-up measures.

The aim of the Growth Coaching to Results service is to support a company in its goals so that it creates a strategic plan that supports growth and/or internationalization, as well as a clear understanding of the market and customers. Growth Coaching also serves as an excellent basis for applying for broader innovation funding that supports development.

Change Management to Results (SF6 Concept) is Arvoverkko Oy's operating model, with which companies' performance and development goals have been successfully converted into practical operations. Typically, the projects are longer-term management and control system development projects implemented in collaboration between management and personnel, in which changes are implemented in work, organizational and management practices. The development targets are: work processes, work organization, work methods, functional networking, personnel-participatory development and innovation activities, management, competence management, and reward and performance evaluation systems.
