Interaction, efficiency and results – this is how Amesan clarified its direction

Specializing in recruitment for IT and technical roles, Amesan Oy has grown strongly and established its position in the industry. There has been strong expertise in-house, but an external perspective was desired for the strategic development of the company. "In the midst of growth, it's easy to live in your own bubble. Kristian offered a valuable opportunity to stop and look at things from a new angle," says founder and sales director Christian Lammervo.

The collaboration with Arvoverkko's Kristian Karimo started with a comprehensive self-assessment of the business, which highlighted areas for development and clarified the direction. "It was surprising to notice how many things had already been on my mind, but in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, they had not come up enough. Kristian helped me stop and focus on what was essential," Lammervo says.

One of the most important insights was that many solutions are ultimately very close. "Sometimes the answers can be closer than you think. When you really stop to think about things, even simple solutions can become clear: 'Exactly! Why haven't we always done it this way?'"

Concrete measures and continuous development

The collaboration did not remain just a strategic consideration, but brought concrete changes to the company's everyday life. Amesan received a strategy map, a skills assessment, a SWOT analysis and a risk preparedness plan, and SuperExcel in particular helped to put the development work into practice.

"We got things moving with the process and now they are happening. This wasn't just consultant talk, but really working solutions," says Lammervo.

There is rarely enough time for development work - but it matters

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it is easy to stop and focus on the strategic development of the business, even though these are the things that determine the future of the company. "There is usually not enough time for this kind of development work, but when you give it space, the effects are visible far and wide," says Lammervo.
